I've worked with Greenmark on two separate job contracts. The first was to audit my home for energy efficiency and to stabilize the temperature between floors in my home. Because of how the original builder setup the ventilation for the home, there was generally a 10 degrees difference between my lower and upper levels. If it was 72 degrees downstairs, it was likely in the 80s in my upstairs, for example. The only way to correct that with the existing system would be to set the thermostat on the main level ridiculously low to compensate.

Great work! These guys are great. Mark came in and did a complete survey of our house. He made recommendations and explained why he was recommending what he did. For the record, if he tells you you need the bathroom vent fans, do it. He's right. They sealed attic and basement. The workers were efficient and fast. Our two story house is the same temperature upstairs and down. Our utility bills have decreased. Also, as a fabulous side effect, there is less dust accumulating in the house. It's worth the investment.
